A signed statement of work, just uploaded. Each extracted term sits beside the clause that supports it. Press Confirm; nothing is monitored until you do.
How it works
Import. Check. Confirm. Track.
Upload an agreement you already signed, or open the fictional sample. Agreedio shows the extracted terms beside the source wording. You confirm the record, its owner and the date rule. Only then does monitoring start.
- 01
Upload an existing agreement, or explore the sample
One PDF at a time to start. Processing status, retries and the original file are always visible. Scanned or unusual formats say so rather than guessing.
- 02
Review the source-backed terms
Each candidate term points at the clause that supports it. Missing or ambiguous terms stay visible as unknowns; nothing is silently turned into a date.
- 03
Confirm the record, owner and date rules
A named owner, a fixed date or an explicit calendar-day offset, and a record of who confirmed what, when, on which source.
- 04
Manage actions and keep amendments connected
Internal reminders arrive before the dates you choose. An amendment is reviewed as a diff and supersedes only the actions it affects.

Either party may give notice not to renew at least ninety (90) calendar days before the end of the term.
Confirmed by Maya Okafor on 18 Mar 2027, based on Amendment A1 § 3.

Dates and accountability
The notice deadline is not the term end.
An agreement that ends on 30 September with 90 days' notice needs a decision by 2 July, and someone should be preparing well before that. Agreedio keeps the three dates apart: the term end, the latest notice date under the rule you confirmed, and the internal preparation you schedule. The arithmetic is shown in full, in calendar days, with no silent weekend or business-day adjustment.
- 01Fixed dates or explicit calendar-day offsets, confirmed by a person, never inferred from a signature image
- 02Ambiguous wording is flagged. You choose a reviewed rule or leave monitoring off for that date
- 03Every confirmed date records who confirmed it, when, and on which source version
Term: 1 Oct 2026 → 30 Sep 2027
Rule R2: notice at least 90 calendar days before term end. Amendment A1 § 3
30 Sep 2027 − 90 calendar days = 2 Jul 2027. Calendar days, no weekend or holiday adjustment.
Confirmed on 18 Mar 2027 by Maya Okafor. Reminders for the superseded R1 rule were cancelled; already-sent reminders stay in history.

Using your selected rule, the latest-notice date is 2 Jul 2027. Confirm receipt/send requirements and any business-day rules. An internal reminder is not a notice to the counterparty.
Current version and amendments
The latest upload does not win by default.
When an amendment arrives you review exactly what changed, from which clause. Until you confirm it, the previous baseline still governs and the record carries a review warning. After you confirm, the new terms take effect from their stated date, only the affected reminders are superseded, and the history stays intact.

Owners and reminders
A reminder that failed is shown as failed.
Every task and reminder has a named owner, a due date and a state. If a message cannot be delivered you see it, in plain words, and can reassign it on the spot. When a colleague leaves, their agreements, tasks and dates are handed over, not lost. Confirmed reminders run on deterministic application logic and keep running if your AI allowance is used up.
See the action queueWe could not confirm delivery. Review the action and update the recipient or delivery settings. Delivery not confirmed. Recipient mailbox rejected the message; reassign or update the address.
Reminder text: “An agreement you own needs a renewal decision. Review the confirmed terms and next action in Agreedio. This is an internal reminder, not a notice to the counterparty.”
- 01In-app queue and internal email, with retry, reconciliation and owner reassignment
- 02Internal reminders are for your team. They do not notify the counterparty and are not legally effective notices
- 03Marking a task done records an internal decision. Sending a notice remains a human step through the required method
Honest fit
Built for teams maintaining existing business agreements.
Agreedio is agreement administration for finance, operations and administration teams: ordinary customer and vendor agreements, kept current and acted on. It is not a procurement suite, a CRM, an accounting tool or a legal service. Import first and keep your existing signing, accounting and payment tools.
What is planned, and what is notThis first version does not:
- Create proposals, SOWs or legal templates
- Send signature requests
- Manage procurement, sourcing or spend
- Provide invoicing, grant accounting or funder reporting
- Send notices to a counterparty or give legal advice
Check the current supported formats, date rules and plan limits before buying.
Who it is for
Two teams, one job.
Small-business finance and operations
Software and professional-services teams with a growing book of customer and vendor agreements, a spreadsheet that has stopped keeping up, and a renewal that surprised someone.
Contract management for small businessNonprofit operations and administration
Vendor, consulting and service agreements kept together with their amendments and owner decisions. Grants, funder reporting and donor CRM are not part of this product.
Contract management for nonprofitsAnyone struggling with renewal reminders
You know roughly when things renew. You do not know the exact notice date, who owns the decision, or whether last year's amendment changed it. Start there.

A spreadsheet and a shared drive
A spreadsheet can work well for a small number of stable agreements. Agreedio is for teams that want source documents, confirmed terms, amendments and assigned actions connected.

Three phases, stated plainly
What exists, what is planned, what is conditional.
The first paid release is an existing-contract tracking product. Later work ships only when paying customers demonstrably need it. The site labels every capability accordingly.

Prove the paid job
Import, source-backed confirmation, register, amendments, owners, deterministic dates, internal reminders, direct purchase and export.
- Phase 2Planned
Make it repeatable
Batch migration, renewal briefs, portfolio answers, calendar snapshots and one document connector chosen from demand.
- Phase 3Conditional
Expand selectively
Proposals and SOWs, change orders, native signing and HubSpot, each only if retained customers repeatedly need it.
Pricing
Two plans. Visible limits. No call.
Prices are published for validation and are not live billing yet. Both plans include the tracking workflow, source review, original-file and metadata export, bounded AI usage and confirmed internal reminders during the service term.
